It actually pays off to take a visit to the UltimateMetal forum once in a while, now doesn't it?
If I never went on there, I wouldn't have found that interview with Alexi, where he talks about the long awaited Sinergy album.
Still not good news, but oh well. All we can do now is hope for the best.

Hi, me again. The forum seems to be dead at the moment, so don't fear if you can't access it. It does occasionally come back to life, but then dies again.
When I get the time (I can't promise when this will be) I'll see about getting my ex-boyfriend to help me set up a new forum, since he is king computer geek. This would also mean new site, which I hope he too can help with. =O
But we'll see what happens. I hope I will be able to save the posts and members of the current forum, because I don't really want to start fresh again.

I know, I know... long time I've been away. But let me explain extremely briefly.

I promised all that I would have a new site with a new domain and new host (brand new site overall) up and running before I left to go to Greece, but things got in the way, and I couldn't get it done.
I do realize that I have indeed been back home for several months now, but my home life got alittle bit hectic (first boyfriend and lack of freedom at home) so I had no time to do anything for the site.

Though on a brighter side, this site has reached 4000 hits and 2000 individual visitors since I opened this site a year ago, which I'm exceptionally proud of. I should figure out what I should do as a small gift for everyone for this, since I did a similar thing when we reached 2000 hits.
I could probably set up afew fun Sinergy downloads... heh. ^_^

Lets see... there isn't much to say here, besides the fact if I reach a certain amount of visitors, I will be honored with the "Rainbow Badge", which allows me to get rid of the annoying ads on the site. Would be nice, but I think I need to get 4848 individual visitors for that.

It's been over 3 weeks since I returned from Greece, and I'm still trying to get back on everything.
I do have abit of bad news however; I have exams starting this Friday, going onto next week, so I will hardly have any time to do some updates.

What do you guys think of me opening a Sinergy webstore, just so SOME fans can have a t-shirt or something? I came up with this idea in Greece, and I also received an e-mail from someone, asking where I got my SBMS t-shirt from. lol.

Lately Alexi has not been very interested in talking about his another band Sinergy.
- There is not much to say because nothing has been going on. It just feels like there is no time for that. It's kind of stupid thing because we recorded most of the album at summer 2004. Only thing missing is some guitar solos and vocals. This bothers me because there are good songs in it. We should finish it because it doesn't take that much effort to do so. We will finish it some day.

Just a quick update on what's going on...

I haven't yet learned how to use DreamWeaver, and I haven't yet registered a domain for a new site. I have however started work on a new layout.

But I should let you know that in 34 days (starting today)
No scratch that... On Alexi's birthday, the 8th of April, I will be going to Greece for 5 weeks. I will have a new site up and running before then, definitely.
But there might be no new domain until I come back, so you might have to deal with an annoying optusnet.com/user/sinergy/index url thing for the time being.

yeah... I gave away the fact that I use Optus for my internet.

First of all, I had a talk with my daddy last night (Because I wub him) and he told me stuff about Flash, Dreamweaver and Fireworks.
Since I have no idea how to use those things lol. ^_^
I am planning to start making my cartoons in Flash, and to make a new site from scratch, despite my ever growing hits counter.
So he told me what those programs did, and how to use them. I also mentioned how I wanted to rebuild my site, get a new domain and whatever, and he said that he could help me with it.

So here it begins... When I take more drastic measures in this thing, I will keep you guys posted. No worries about hosting and whatever, my dadddy knows what he's doing.
He's a very smart guy with computers. :)

When I said that I wanted to open a Sinergy forum yesterday, I decided that I should do it, and I got busy with things this morning.
I went to ikonboard, and checked out what I could do there. I did that one because it's the most reccomended one, and downloaded all the crap I needed and all that shit.
However, I managed to come across one major snag;
From what I've seen, Piczo doesn't have self-installed cgi scripts. Also, I have no fucking idea what Perl 5 is, and didn't bother researching that.

So now I'm giving makeforum.org a go. It still pisses me off that I sent time downloading crap I wasn't even gonna use. About 20mb of bandwidth wasted for the month!!!

I am still thinking of opening the site on a new host, with a new domain and all that crap. I will keep you guys posted on this.

First off, yes there is a new layout. I like this one way better than my first one, as well as the fact that I was getting sick of the grey embossed theme I created within 5 minutes.
Secondarily, I would like to register an actual domain like sinergy.net and start fresh, so I can stop using the dreaded Piczo site maker.
hey, atleast it's been nicer and more betterer to me than Freewebs!!! ;)
I got a "Silver Member" badge for christ sake!!! How nice is that?! XD

But still, I want to create the site again from scratch, ad-free, easier to make, new domain, my own hosting, and make this site a hell of alot better than it is now!!!
That way, I can update this site more frequently, with ease and with enjoyment!

Also, I have had this thought in my mind for quite sometime now, and just today I received an offline message from someone (Muffin) suggesting to me that I should open a Sinergy forum.

Like I said, I have had this thought for quite sometime now, and with increasing numbers of unique visitors (not that many lol) I might actually bring this idea into reality.

Someone thinks it's a good idea to shatter my dreams by sending me fake hope.
My e-mail address is on this site for a reason; to receive questions from anyone who has one, and to get a REAL message from the woman who made me want to start with this; NOT a fake!!!

I say this because someone was rude enough to send a real looking e-mail to me, pretending to be Kimberly Goss. By real looking, I mean that everything on there looked like an e-mail she would have sent to me, without the bullshit.
Not only did they send me fake hope, but they sent it on another person's e-mail account! I apologize to this guy because he's been dragged into something stupid.

What would be the great thing to do? Remove my e-mail off of here, and not help anyone of you? Or better yet, close this site down? I am not willing to close, but I will if this keeps happening.

I also apologize to those of you who I got excited about this "exclusive interview". I'm afraid it's not gonna happen... I should really think about what I do.

Bad news fans;
The chances of the next Sinergy album seems to be very slim. More like extremely slim.
I wouldn't bet on this one, but if no one wants to talk about it, then they must be dead.

I know this sucks, but you have to know that they're only a band and there are god knows how many bands out there... Yeah true, Kimberly is my idol, but I'm just saying that I'm not taking this too hard.
I say this because of the latest interview with Alexi Laiho, when he refused to talk about Sinergy. Who knows, they may be dead permanently (you can't just somehow come back to life... XD) or are on temporary hiatus.

Like I always say, as soon as I have some useful information, this will be the first place I'm gonna put it. Even before I tell my friends. ;)

In 2006, Kimberly did a photoshoot for a calender featuring various Finnish women in the metal business (even though she isn't Finnish, but I guess you can say "females from Finnish bands") and someone uploaded this photo on wikipedia.
I don't know about you, but I was damn excited when I first saw this photo!!

Only one and a half weeks left of year 9. Where has the year gone?
Don't forget, Australian school years differ from the united states, europe, etc... So basically after this, I only have 3 more years of school. Though I can legally drop out then if I wanted to.
Anyway, not a Sinergy related update since I highly doubt Sins of the Past will be released... but I've finally decided that I'm gonna change the layout to 1280x1024 view, since I'm sick of having to fit everything in for standard view. Don't like it, get a bigger fucking monitor!!
Also, I changed the links/contact page to an about me section, for when Kimberly decides to check the site out. If that ever happens... As soon as I have some Sinergy-related news, good or bad, this is the first place I'm gonna put it on.

Well, this sucks.
I know I've been absent from the site for a while, but that doesn't mean I haven't abandoned the internet. This comes to the bad news I'm gonna bring up...
If any of you haven't heard, on scythes-of-bodom.com, they've posted on the news that Sinergy have highly possibly disbanded. This really sucks for all of us, I know. Especially me. I'm a massive fan, who dedicated her time and effort to put together this website.
I guess you can't blame them... Alexi was busy with Children Of Bodom, and Kimberly always understood that CoB was the first thing for everything; even their relationship in (when they were together) and out of the band.

Though this doesn't mean this site is closing. I'm gonna keep it up. Though it really pisses me off, since they were my most favorite band ever. I could sense this coming ever since I heard that the previously recorded material was lost...

Because of this, I don't feel like doing any updates. I'm too bumbed out at the moment anyway...

Have you ever read an awesome interview with one of your all time favorite singer/artist/sportsmen/whatever and you bookmark the web page, but lose your bookmarks when you re-install your operating system?
Oh my god, all the time!!! That's when I decided to open the interviews page. I'm sick of all these web pages with awesome information go walkabout. I've only found interviews with Kimberly, just so you know. If anyone finds anymore with ANY member, e-mail me please!!

Also, on updates; my internet is being really gay. All I can really do atm is upload small files like images, nothing massive or over 10mb. This is when you come in; anyone who has any of the videos (or others that are acceptable) that are listed on the videos page, PLEASE send me a link to them from where I can download them, so I can put those links on the page.
And as for the tabs, I am currently working on a piano instrumental for Razor Blade Salvation (which I must say is sounding very beautiful!) so when it's complete, it will be up.

I might changing the layout slightly to fit 1280x1024 screens because having it the normal way really pisses me off. Sorry to all of those who used the standard 1024x768 screens or whatever...
Alright, make this 2 minor updates. My tabs page is going to be more of a sheet music section, where I'm gonna upload piano instrumentals for those who play keyboard. (like me!) I've already started writing piano instrumental versions of several songs by Children Of Bodom (which might go up on UM) and soon I'll start on Sinergy songs.
And several videos should be up sometime today.

I have been fairly busy throughout the past few weeks, but now I have a 2 week break, and I will be uploading on the site =D
Todays updates: I'm gonna have an mp3/video section which is already linked. For now, you can only see what will be available. In the next few days, stuff will be available for download. Also, if you have any videos/mp3s which I don't have, and you'd like to share, please send me a message via e-mail and we'll sort something out.
Another feature will be the tabs page. I know you can already get accurate tabs on the UM forum (thanks heaps, Warheart!) but I just wanted this up if I ever have my own tabs or whatever. So far I'm working on a full length Remembrance tab. When I get a full version of Guitar Pro 5, it will be up.

No updates in a while, I know. Been busy ;)
Anyways, the photo archive has been updated. It's all in RAR format, and will stay like that. Do not ask me if I can upload it in a .zip archive, because I really don't have the patience. I've read many forums asking for .zips and they always get told to download a program that opens .rar archives. You're gonna have to do the same.
Another thing; if there are links that are... unlinked, don't ask me to fix links. I haven't had the time to update those pages. One day I'll finish those pages and will link 'em.
Also, an unrelated note; 4 days until my birthday. What's gonna happen? I'm gonna get some new guitar stuff for my new guitar.

Anydangways, I was backstage at a school gig today, so now I'm really tired, but i decided to do one small little change on the site, only to hit one minor snag; my new computer screen is 1280x1024 and it used to be 1024x768.
So only one minor change; this site is best viewed in 1024x768.
incase anyone was wondering, I now have an LCD screen =)
Also, for now I'm going to upload a 45 mb RAR archive of all 418 Sinergy photos I have. Expect that sometime this weekend. And that is all.

Throughout the next two weeks, I'm going to put in some time for the site, as you can see, I've finally got Kimberly's and Alexi's profiles up, next is Roope, Janne and Lauri (no specific order) but it's nearly 1am now in Australia, and I'm getting really tired. When I get up in the afternoon... today, I'll upload some more stuff. Hopefully some old photos in the photo bin from the old site.
Well, we shall see what happens... erm today. heh.

Welcome to the hopefully first ever reliable and informative Sinergy fan page since the official Sinergy website closed down. To answer your first question, we have never met Sinergy or contacted them whatsoever. This is purely just a fan page made for the fun of it. and I'm enjoying making this site very much.
